Every year the organization nominates the best brands, celebrities and companies that are making the world a greener, healthier and kinder place for humans and animals alike. SayWeCanFly was chosen along with three other artists to represent animal-friendly musicians.

Votes may be placed online at Voting will end at 2 p.m. EST on Friday, December 11, with winners announced on Tuesday, December 15. Winners are chosen by peta2 based on equal consideration of three factors - the nominees' enthusiasm about being animal-friendly, interest shown by the nominees' fans (as determined by fan-generated traffic to the website) and number of votes received.

Winners in each category will receive a personalized certificate and a year's worth of bragging rights.

SayWeCanFly's Braden Barrie has actively promoted peta2 and animal-awareness while on this summer's Vans Warped Tour.

SayWeCanFly's debut, Between The Roses, was self-released earlier this year, followed by an EP, Darling, for Epitaph last month. SayWeCanFly will support Darling with a US tour early next year.
